Ma oman kogemust meeskonnajuhtide ja instruktorite koolitamisel (15 aastat) Kaitseliidu kooli raamistikus ühendades endas militaarpõhimõtted baasoskusteavega psühholoogia ning inimeste juhtimise ja õpetamise tasandeilt. Ma olen töötanud geoloogia-mineraloogia-geokeemia teadurina Tartu Ülikoolis ja Tallinna Tehnikaülikoolis, juhtinud mikrokeemia labori loomist, käivitamist ja igapäevatöö kulgu (LA ICP-MS laseriga ühendatud induktiivplasma jõul töötav mass-spektromeeter ja selle proovide ettevalmistusliin). Ma olen olnud iga sügis toimuva geoloogia sügiskooli üks loojatest ja tema algusaastate organiseerijatest; populaarteaduslike kogumike toimetaja. Oma juhtimisoskusi sain pea 20 aastat arendada organistasioonis Naiskodukaitse, osaledes erineva tasandite juhtorganite töös.

Töötan praktiseeriva õpetajana üle kolmekümne aasta. Mitmest minu õpilasest on selle aja vältel saanud õpetajad ja nad hakkasid minu poole pöörduma konkreetsete metoodiliste küsimustega, kui reaalset õpetajatööd alustasid. Samuti olen aidanud tuttavate lastel õppida kirjandeid kirjutama, tekste mõistma ja analüüsima, tasandanud puudumisest tekkinud lünki ka teistes ainetes, väidetavalt efektiivselt. Olen toetanud ka uurimuste ja lõputööde kirjutajaid. Viimase kümne aasta jooksul olen arenenud vajaduspõhisest personaalsest konsultant-mentor-koolitajast tellimusi läbi viivaks koolitajaks, töötades paralleelselt ka eesti keele ja kirjanduse ning õpioskuste õpetajana. Samas on minu jaoks jätkuvalt huvitav ka üksühele töö õppijaga.

Olen 41 aastane. Mul on 4 aastane poeg. Mulle meeldib loodus ja liikumine. Õpin kergusega ära uue kontseptsiooni, tegevuse või valdkonna ja meeleldi õpetan seda ka edasi.

Haridusteel olen omandanud magistrikraadi psühholoogias, läbinud erialaseid täiendkoolitusi ning saavutanud koolipsühholoog tase 7 kutse. Tahan jagada oma teadmisi ja oskusi ka teistega - olgu selleks siis õpetamine, konsulteerimine või nõustamine.
