Hello! I’m a licensed professional teacher from the Philippines with six years of teaching experience. For the past five years, I have been working as a college instructor, where I have had the opportunity to teach and support students with different learning needs and backgrounds. I am also currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Filipino Language Teaching here in Mindanao, Philippines, as I continue to develop my knowledge and skills as an educator. Aside from classroom teaching, I have one and a half years of experience tutoring children. This experience has helped me become more patient, flexible, and creative in making lessons engaging and easy to understand. As a tutor, I believe that every student learns differently. I aim to create a comfortable and supportive learning environment where students can ask questions, practice their skills, and gain confidence in using the language. My lessons are designed to be engaging, practical, and tailored to each student’s learning needs. I believe that every learner has a different pace and learning style, so I adjust my teaching approach based on the student’s level, goals, and interests. In my lessons, I focus on developing not only grammar and vocabulary but also speaking, reading, writing, listening, and everyday communication skills. I use simple explanations, examples, conversations, exercises, and interactive activities to make learning easier and more enjoyable. My teaching style is patient, supportive, and encouraging. I want my students to feel comfortable making mistakes because mistakes are a natural part of learning. I provide constructive feedback and guide students step by step until they become more confident and independent. Whether you are a beginner learning English for the first time, a student who wants to improve your academic skills, or someone who simply wants to communicate more naturally in English, I will do my best to make every lesson meaningful and enjoyable.
