My teaching style is mainly student-centered and adaptive. I adjust my teaching approach based on each student's level, personality, learning pace, and individual needs. I use active listening to understand their difficulties and provide clear explanations, examples, repetition, and practice. I also use an interactive and communicative approach by encouraging students to participate in conversations, answer questions, and express their ideas. When a student struggles with a lesson, I patiently adjust my approach by simplifying the explanation or providing additional examples. I believe in giving specific and constructive feedback to help students recognize their strengths and areas for improvement. Through my teaching experience, I have developed patience, empathy, active listening, adaptability, communication, and problem-solving skills, which I believe are also valuable in a customer care role.
