Rather than treating each subject as a stand-alone unit, I design sequential, skill-building programs where each lesson deliberately prepares students for the next — so progress compounds instead of resetting every session. Over eight years, this approach has shaped everything from my Reading & Writing Camp and Precision Writing Camp curricula to the way I introduce a new dish in a cooking lesson or a new grammar rule in Filipino. I hold every student to high standards while giving them the structure to reach them: clear models, guided practice, and honest, specific feedback. Whether I'm working with a Grade 5 student on their first paragraph or a Grade 10 student polishing a Model United Nations position paper, the goal is the same — real, visible progress they can point to. My Teaching Style Structured, sequential curriculum design I build multi-session arcs rather than one-off lessons. My Precision Writing Camp, for example, moves students through three deliberate phases: Grammar Foundations, Essay Writing, and MUN Position Paper preparation — each session building directly on the last. Dual-track materials for clarity Every lesson I prepare includes both a Teacher Copy and a Student Copy, with scripted teacher language so instruction stays consistent and focused, paired with a clean student-facing version for practice and reference. Differentiation built in, not bolted on I design differentiation tiers into lessons from the start, so the same session can stretch a struggling reader and a confident one without needing to be rebuilt on the fly. Frameworks students can carry forward I lean on proven, transferable frameworks — like PEEL (Point, Evidence, Explain, Link) for paragraph writing and P.I.E. for main idea identification — so students leave with tools they can reuse independently, not just answers to one assignment. Feedback loops, every session Answer keys and exit tickets are standard in my lessons.
