Good day, everyone. My name is Mylene Dan. I am a teacher who is passionate about helping students learn and grow both academically and personally. I believe that every learner has different strengths, learning styles, and abilities, so I use a variety of teaching strategies to meet their individual needs. I incorporate collaborative activities, guided discussions, hands-on tasks, and technology to make lessons engaging and meaningful. I encourage students to think critically, express their ideas confidently, and actively participate in the learning process. I also emphasize creating a positive and supportive classroom environment where students feel respected, motivated, and comfortable asking questions. I use formative assessments and timely feedback to monitor their progress and adjust my instruction when necessary. My goal is not only to help students master the lesson objectives but also to develop their confidence, creativity, communication skills, and lifelong love for learning.
