Hi, I'm Von! I am a graduate of Bachelor in Secondary Education Major in English and is presently teaching in a public school under the senior high school department near my hometown. I have finished earning my Masters Degree academic units in Language Teaching Major in English but have yet to finish my master's thesis. I love reading, writing, and public speaking.

My teaching philosophy is centered on the belief that every learner is unique. I adopt a student-centered and client-focused approach by designing personalized lessons that align with each student's proficiency level, learning style, interests, and goals. Whether the objective is improving conversational fluency, mastering grammar, preparing for examinations, or developing academic and professional English skills, I ensure that every lesson is relevant, practical, and engaging. I employ a wide range of ESL teaching strategies, including communicative language teaching, task-based learning, guided practice, and interactive activities, to create meaningful learning experiences. I also provide timely, constructive feedback and adapt my teaching methods based on each student's progress, ensuring continuous growth and confidence. My goal is to always provide a positive, supportive, and motivating learning space where students feel comfortable learning and in the long run develop a life-long love to always love learning.
