Hello! I'm Teacher Karina from the Philippines. I have 10 years of experience teaching English to students from around the world, including learners from China, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Europe, and South America. I hold a Bachelor's degree in International Studies, a 120-hour TEFL certificate, and an EF SET English Certificate (C2 Proficient). Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with children, teenagers, university students, and professionals. I've helped learners improve their speaking confidence, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, business English, interview skills, travel English, and prepare for exams such as IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL, EIKEN, OPIC, KET, and PET. I believe learning English should be practical, enjoyable, and tailored to each student's goals. Whether you're studying for school, work, travel, or simply want to speak English more confidently, I'll create lessons that suit your level and learning style. My goal is to help you become a confident and independent English speaker in a relaxed and supportive environment.

My lessons are interactive, personalized, and focused on real communication. I encourage students to speak as much as possible while I guide them with natural corrections, useful vocabulary, pronunciation tips, and grammar explanations when needed. For beginners, I use simple language, visual support, and step-by-step guidance to build confidence. For intermediate and advanced learners, lessons focus on meaningful conversations, current events, business topics, travel, culture, and discussions based on your interests. If you're preparing for an English exam or interview, we'll work with structured practice and targeted feedback. After each lesson, you'll receive corrections, new vocabulary, useful expressions, and suggestions for improvement so you can continue learning outside the classroom. My classroom is patient, encouraging, and judgment-free. I believe mistakes are an important part of learning, and I'm here to help you improve at your own pace while making every lesson engaging, practical, and enjoyable.
