I am Teacher Jezelle, a Licensed Professional Teacher from the Philippines with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a TEFL certificate, and for the past five years, I have been lucky enough to share my passion for learning with children and adult both in local classrooms and across the globe through ESL teaching. I believe that education should be an adventure, so I strive to make every lesson as energetic and engaging as possible to ensure my students feel confident and inspired. When I am not in the classroom, I love exploring the natural beauty of the Philippines through hiking and traveling, or I might be found at home experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen; these hobbies keep my creativity alive, and I always love bringing that same spark of curiosity and fun into my lessons with you!

I have spent the many years refining my craft by teaching learners in both traditional physical classrooms and dynamic global ESL environments. My professional foundation is further strengthened by my TEFL certification, which has equipped me with specialized techniques to support English language learners from various cultural backgrounds and proficiency levels. In my classroom, I specialize in General Elementary Education and English as a Second Language, focusing heavily on phonics, conversational fluency, and foundational literacy. My teaching methodology is rooted in Student-Centered Learning and the Total Physical Response (TPR) method; I believe that learners learn best when they are moving, laughing, and actively participating, so I utilize props, visual aids, and gamified rewards to keep engagement high. Whether I am teaching a large group in person or a single student via a digital platform, I prioritize a scaffolded approach where I break down complex concepts into manageable, fun steps that build a student's confidence and mastery.
