My educational background includes a Master of Public Administration and ongoing Doctor of Philosophy studies in Educational Management. I begin by assessing the student's current level of understanding, then develop personalized lesson plans that focus on building strong foundational knowledge before progressing to more advanced concepts. I use real-life examples, guided discussions, problem-solving activities, visual aids, and interactive exercises to make learning meaningful and enjoyable.
