Hello everyone! My name is Grace, but you can call me Ms. G. I was an elementary school teacher for six years, during which I taught Grades 1, 2, 3, and 5. I also have experience tutoring Korean students who wanted to learn basic English, helping them with their homework and conversing with them to build their confidence. Originally from the Philippines, I am now based in Canada. Currently, I work part-time as an administrative assistant and part-time as a tutor. I hope to connect with new clients here and build trust by making learning fun, engaging, and easy to understand. My lessons and teaching style vary. I usually combine multiple styles to match the needs of the student and the subject matter. If the student wants to understand the lesson first, I can start with a lecture. If the student is having a hard time formulating their own ideas to come up with an answer or to understand a concept, I can give more examples and activities.
