I am dependable and have experience. I have worked one-on-one or in groups with students of different ages, helping them with an assignment or the fundamentals of a certain topic. I can work with students with various abilities and learning preferences because I have the patience and understanding to do so. I also pay attention to each student's work and thought process to figure out the best method to encourage them to comprehend a new concept and put it into practice successfully. I have been told that even though I occasionally may have to deal with frustrated learners, I am capable of empathizing with them and channel their frustration into constructive motivation.
